These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Last Charge (the "Game"), published by Taki Apps and developed by Raydrim. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Game or its content except as permitted by applicable law.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, your in-game progress, scores, and achievements may be stored under your Google Account. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by uninstalling the app, switching devices without signing in, or Google service outages.
The Game offers optional purchases of in-game currency ("shards") through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by Google Play's refund policy or applicable law. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Game may show video ads, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-game benefits. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
You agree not to use the Game to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the Game's services.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
